Odoo ERP across the business, then a 3-hour tools-delivery app running on the same live stock ledger.

ContextBharat Tools sells industrial tools to workshops and counters. Stock ran on memory, WhatsApp and paper challans, so counts drifted between the godown and the billing desk.

ChallengeMake one number, the quantity of a SKU, true across purchase orders, godown, counter, delivery vehicle and the customer's phone, with GST-correct billing and a genuine three-hour window.

What we builtOdoo (Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Accounting) as the single source of truth, GST billing built into the same system, and a same-day delivery app whose catalogue is the ERP catalogue, one warehouse, two front doors.

OutcomeLive on both the ERP and the delivery app. Purchase-to-doorstep on one ledger, GST-correct by construction, same-day delivery as routine. On an AMC retainer.

A LoRa mesh that turned "go find the material" into a query on a screen.

ContextA cable plant is vast; drums of copper and coils of finished cable shift between bays all shift. Finding a specific lot meant a person walking the floor with a radio.

ChallengeIndoor tracking where GPS fails under steel and Wi-Fi or Bluetooth need a dense, costly mesh, on cheap, rugged tags, answering "where is this right now?" faster than a floor walk.

What we builtLoRa tags on material, gateways across the plant feeding a location service that resolves each tag to a zone, and a dashboard built for one-glance answers.

OutcomeLive. The plant locates material on a screen instead of sending someone to look, credibility in the constraints it survives: steel, copper, scale and shift-long uptime.

Ebuzz

An EV business on one system, ERP inside, vehicles tracked live in the same place.

ContextAn EV company has two halves usually split across tools, the business of building and selling, and the vehicles in the field. Ebuzz wanted both under one roof.

ChallengeERP data thinks in transactions; telematics is a continuous position stream. Uniting them means handling a live flood of location data without drowning the transactional side.

What we builtA custom ERP fitted to an EV operation and internal real-time vehicle tracking, presented together so the office and the field share one reality.

A 45-module farm-to-fork ERP with QR traceability from farmer to shelf.

What we builtA custom 45-module ERP sharing one data spine, a QR layer that resolves a pack to its genuine batch history, and role-based portals shaped for a non-desk workforce.

An incubation platform plus a deterministic AI screening assistant.

Contexti-Hub receives a great many ideas and must decide, fairly and repeatedly, which move forward. Manual screening is slow and inconsistent, and public decisions must be explainable.

ChallengeUse AI for speed without letting it be unpredictable, the same submission must score the same every time, clear non-negotiable eligibility rules, and show why it reached a number.

What we builtAn IMS as the system of record, a deterministic screening assistant scoring on fixed criteria and weightings (0–100 scale), hard eligibility gates, and criterion-based, explainable scores.

OutcomeIn build. When live, faster and more consistent screening with a defensible rationale behind every score, the combination a government innovation body needs.

Six companies made to feel like one family, without feeling like clones.

ContextHonest IT Group is not one company but six, facing the recurring question of how alike or distinct they should look. They are also a working partner, the Maruti Suzuki joint delivery was with them.

ContextWinning tenders starts with finding them, and the finding is drudgery across scattered sources. Built for AscentBid Consultancy as a real platform, not a single-screen tool.

ChallengeA real SaaS is many hard things at once, separated roles and data, correct payments, and actually being in production taking real transactions, not a prototype that demos well.

A clear, credible six-page website for a Vadodara NGO doing real work.

ContextStellin Foundation, with its sister Alina Foundation, does real humanitarian work. Its site must build trust and invite participation, deliberately with no donation mechanism.

ChallengeCredibility on a non-profit's terms, trustworthy and considered without looking expensive, plus shaping the foundation's real story and photographs into clear pages.

What we builtA focused six-page site on a shared design system, a warm humanitarian look, participation CTAs (volunteer, partner, contact), and content shaped from the real story.

A modern Gujarati-first municipal website, plus an AI/OCR records-digitisation pitch.

ContextA Nagarpalika site is a public service for citizens who read Gujarati, not English; behind the counter sit mountains of unsearchable paper records.

ChallengeDo Gujarati properly, not a translated afterthought, with a real complaint path; and, for the archive, read decades of paper by machine reliably enough for an office to adopt without a specialist on staff.

What we builtA clean, Gujarati-first static site (Noto Sans Gujarati) with a first-class complaint route, and an AI/OCR digitisation proposal to make paper records searchable.

Odoo ERP · Delivery app

One warehouse, two front doors.

Bharat Tools ran stock on memory, WhatsApp and paper challans, so counts drifted between the godown and the billing desk. We made one number, the quantity of a SKU, true across purchase, godown, counter, delivery vehicle and the customer's phone.

Odoo became the single source of truth; on top of it we built a same-day delivery app whose catalogue is the ERP catalogue. A customer is never shown an item the godown cannot fulfil, which is what makes a three-hour promise safe to advertise.

Some of this roster is Live, some is In build, some is Proposed, and we label every project as exactly what it is. True Way Organics, a 45-module farm-to-fork ERP with QR traceability, is honestly marked In build rather than dressed up as done.

The work spans brand, web, AI, ERP and IoT, delivered solo or as a clean partner in an enterprise joint delivery. When a system goes live, we do not disappear, most clients carry on with us on an AMC retainer.
